I was in charge of implementing the new customer onboarding email program for Vivino. I was involved in every step from concepting, copywriting, coding, segment building, and journey creation.


Overall, the new onboarding journey showed a 30% decrease in the unsubscribe rate, a 104% increase in CVR, a 142% increase in RpK, and more first time buyers compared to the previous US onboarding program. Additionally, I managed the translations and implementation of this program in eight other markets.
