I worked with the design and content marketing team to create updated templates for all costumer communications (transactional, daily offers, marketing campaigns, lifecycle programs, and onboarding). I then coded, globalized and qa’d the templates and created optimized customer journeys.


Our lifecycle programs saw a 29% year over year increase in click rate, 22% increase in orders, and 3% increase in GMV.


The transactional emails saw a 47% increase in click rate, 15% increase in orders, and 29% increase in sales vs the previous 2 months.
